DELIVERY INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet delivery times and our customers expectations however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to all remote and offshore locations.
Delivery times EU
Normally dispatched by European road service and delivery time is approximately 3 to 8 business days from dispatch.Delivery times non-EU, rest of the world
Countries designated non-EU and 'rest of world' ie Canada USA South America, Far East Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China etc are serviced via air courier or freight forwarder by arrangement, delivery times are generally 5 to 10 days subject to despatch and customs clearance.How we Deliver
All products are delivered by courier. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. A responsible person must be available to inspect and sign for the parts you have ordered.
Delivery times are only a estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However we understand that sometimes you will need to return an item and like most companies we have procedures which must be followed when returning unwanted parts purchased from us so before making a return to us please read our instructions below including our Terms & Conditions.

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your account please print a copy of our RMA returns form, this must be completed in full and accompany any returned items
RETURNING UNWANTED PRODUCTS
You can subject to our trading terms and conditions, return any unwanted parts for credit refund or exchange within 8 days of delivery providing they are in their original packaging and branded box with part number, unused, has not been installed or attempted installation and fit for resale. You should not use the branded box with part number as the delivery box.
We will not accept items that are received broken, incomplete, not fit for resale or returned outside of the 8 day period.
We will not accept returns of any products that are non stocked and have been specially ordered or manufactured for you.
RETURN DELIVERY & PACKAGING
When returning items for credit refund or exchange it is the express responsibility of the sender to ensure the returned items are packed securely for transport and sent using a tracked method of delivery. Regardless of the reason for return we do not accept liability for any items damaged, lost or stolen whilst being returned to our works.
The Customer sender is responsible for the costs of all returns regardless for the reason for return. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe and damage free return of any components being returned.
No credit refund or exchange will be issued if the parts returned are damaged or incomplete as sold.
